I needed to sell a piece of land as part of probate. The probate took much longer than anticipated and James Steed was very patient in this whole process. James listed the land and coordinated with the title company and my probate attorney. We were able to get an offer for more than the appraised value and get on contract. The closing required quite a few reschedulings because of probate issues, but we finally got to closing. James was instrumental in making that happen. We appreciate the support from James and the Caldwell Banker team.

James is exactly the type of realtor that you want to use to buy or sell your home. Most realtors we have worked with in the past treat their profession as a part time job to make extra money on the side. Not James. James is on top of everything with extreme sense of urgency and excellence. He takes extra steps to ensure we made the right decision to buy the right home, sometimes even steering us clear of potential pitfalls. He was also extremely patient with us as we looked at various homes and we even backed out of a sale on his listed house and he did not flinch at all.
