Debbie has helped us on multiple transactions and each has been great! She listed our home and we had multiple offers within one week. Not only does she understand the market and pricing, but also offers expertise on how to appropriately showcase the home and tips to make the home more appealing to potential buyers. My wife Madison and I transitioned out of the Marine Corps moving from California back to Oklahoma. Upon returning we had the privilege of connecting with our now great friend and realtor Debbie Graves. She had great recommendations of team members she’s worked with from the mortgage side to the inspections side to the insurance side of things which made this experience smooth and seamless. This made the process way more enjoyable and her personality made it fun and took a lot of the stress out of the equation.We gave her our preferences and she listened diligently and guided us in our decisions towards a home that exceeded all of our expectations. We knew as soon as we walked into this house it felt like walking into our home for the first time. Through her experience she knew this home would go fast.
