Brenda Melancon did a super job selling our house. She told us what to focus on as far as the interior and exterior of the house, helping to stage areas to give the prospective buyers a sense of home and hearth! Most importantly, she was extremely well informed as to previous sales in the area, the differences between our house and other houses being sold or shown in the neighborhood. This helped greatly to set a price that was attractive to both us and to the buyer. Our house sold quickly and the closing was as smooth as it could be. No surprises, no issues and no untimely delays. We would strongly recommend Brenda as a realtor, and will certainly use her services again when selling our primary residence.
