Hello! My name is Jeanette Bagrosky and I am a realtor in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. I have personally bought and/or sold my own personal home 8 times, so I understand the importance of a hard-working, knowledgeable real estate agent. I am originally from Michigan, but I definitely consider Tulsa my "home" and have lived here for over a decade.
Having so much personal experience with relocating, I understand the anxiety and emotions buyers and sellers experience. I understand that buying and selling your home is a big deal. Essentially, it is one of the largest purchases/sales you will make in your lifetime. With so many things to consider in a move, whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to take the stress off of your shoulders where your home is concerned and allow you to concentrate on the move itself.
For Sellers: I offer you a TEAM APPROACH to getting your home sold! That TEAM includes a Professional Stager and Photographer, a Talented Group of Marketing Specialists, and an assistant to push paper so I can give YOU my time! I will bring other Realtors into your home to get the most exposure to the most agents, leading to more potential buyers! I will work with you to schedule convenient times for Open Houses and will help you understand the selling process...all the way to the closing table and beyond!
For Buyers: I will send you listings via email that match your specific criteria. I will focus on YOUR needs and desires in a new home and I will find one that "fits" you! I will work around YOUR schedule and walk you through the process of buying a home from searching the MLS, to personal showings, to writing an offer, securing a contract, conducting inspections, completing closing, handing over the key, and more! I'm here to help!

Recently decided to sell a house that we had rented out in Tulsa (currently live in Texas) and my in-laws had a great experience with Jeanette so contacted her for help with the listing. We had a cash offer from the property management company, but it seemed low and Jeanette felt like she could do better, so we decided to take a shot. Well, we were in for quite the surprise after the tenant moved out because the house was in rough shape. With us living in a different state, Jeanette really became indispensable. It's was a big pleasure working with Jeanette. In 2010, we moved to Tulsa, OK for work and my co-worker introduced me to Jeanette. My wife and I gave Jeanette our likes and dislikes about what we wanted in a home and location. Immediately, Jeanette found us a beautiful home in Broken Arrow, OK. She made the process go by so fast and easy that it felt like everything was done in a day. Fast forward to 2016, we're now back in California and I had Jeanette list the Broken Arrow home. Jeanette was absolutely terrific!!! She helped stage the home, pick paint colors and recommend upgrades needed. The house sold the first day on the market at full list price.

Jeanette is friendly, yet professional, and she will do everything she can to please her clients. Something unique about her (and what sets her apart from other realtors) is that she has her own staging service that she offers free of charge to her clients. That especially valuable to me, because my style of decorating might not appeal to potential buyers!

We knew selling our home would be a challenge due to some unique features, but Jeanette expertly guided us through the process and made it much easier. We appreciated her level of communication, availability, and honesty, as well as her knowledge of the market and the process. Any time an issue would come up, she would respond with, "I know someone who can help with that!" She was also extremely helpful and patient with us as she helped us find our new home, navigating us through that side of things as well.

It's was a big pleasure working with Jeanette. In 2010, we moved to Tulsa, OK for work and my co-worker introduced me to Jeanette. My wife and I gave Jeanette our likes and dislikes about what we wanted in a home and location. Immediately, Jeanette found us a beautiful home in Broken Arrow, OK. She made the process go by so fast and easy that it felt like everything was done in a day. Fast forward to 2016, we're now back in California and I had Jeanette list the Broken Arrow home. At the time, I was bouncing back and forth from Wisconsin to California for work. Jeanette took it upon her and managed a crew of vendors to bring the property back into tip-top shape, working all day and into the late evening updating me on the progress. Jeanette is so awesome that every work done had to be top notch to her standards or she would make the vendors redo the work. To top everything off, the day Jeanette listed the home was the same day it got sold at our asking price-- in the beginning of fall! If you need to buy or sell your home fast, you need to talk to Jeanette!
