I was born and raised in Korea but came to the States in early 70's. In 1987, my husband and I moved to Oklahoma where we settled to make our home and raise our two daughters. Tulsa has been a wonderful place for my family and I love the city very much.

I also love real estate!
I started it in 2007 and have had great success in selling homes as well as finding the right home for many buyers. I pride myself in being able to listen to what your needs are and addressing those needs with a plan. I personally handle your sale from beginning to end, making sure all issues and details are handled in a professional manner.

My family and I were moving to the Tulsa area from out of state. I had been looking at homes on the mls and e-mailing agents questions. Most agents took a couple of days to respond. When I e-mailed Cathy about a home she had listed, I received a response within minutes. I knew I had found the realtor I wanted to work with and she didn't disappoint. During a visit to Tulsa we picked out 10 or 12 houses to look at. Cathy really knew the builders and what made one builder stand out above another. She was constatntly pointing out what was above average construction and what was below for the price range we were looking at. I highly recommend working with Cathy!

Cathy agreed to represent me as my realtor in seeking investment properties. She was very aggressive and attentive when the investment property I was interested in was in the $450,000 range. However, when considering property in the $100,000 range she was M.I.A. - unavailable, didn’t get back to me with information requested, and made regular excuses about her lack of effort…
