Trish is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with. While she was representing her client she treated us as an equal in the process. I believe her interest was to bring both parties together and have a successful transaction. Every step of the way she was there to guide, advise and explain things so there was nothing to stress over. I do want to say this about Trish, she came out on Christmas day and showed us the home we bought. Not many agents would have done that. One thing is for sure, we began as clients, we ended as friends.

It was a pleasure to work with Trish. She was helpful and genuinely cares about the people she deals with. I knew I was in good hands and that she had my best interest at heart during the listing and selling process of my home! She even went above and beyond to help me out with something when I ran out of time during my move out! For that I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that extra help!!! And now I am working with her to help me in the purchase of a new home! Once again, I know I am in good hands! The only item I did not give a five star rating was for responsiveness, because a five star means immediate. She absolutely did respond as soon as she could and she would have responded immediately if she was able to...timing issues only, as we all have times when we can't respond immediately. To say five star is immediate makes it sound like someone is perfect and that is the only reason I didn't give her five stars for that one item. Trish is a joy to work with!

Trish is very professional and knowledgeable. She promptly answers phone calls and messages. Trish listed our house and sold it the first week! She negotiated and ultimately, we received our list price, less some towards the buyer’s closing costs. We had to quickly find our \u201Cnew\u201D home, and she worked with our picky schedules to find just the perfect house. The day before closing on both houses, with all our stuff already on the moving truck, Trish called and advised the closing had been delayed for three days. She was able to convince the sellers of our new home to allow us early occupancy since they had already moved. What a relief! I would highly recommend Trish! She is a pleasure to work with.

My wife and I recently sold our home in Forest Ridge Wellstone via Trish, and we must say, she was excellent to work with. Trish was very responsive and proactive in working with prospective buyers and really went above and beyond what I would expect from a Realtor. We were in a unique situation in that we moved away to Arizona we really had to rely on Trish to not only bring buyers to the table, but keep an eye on our house too. At the end of the day we sold the home our home in less time than we thought it would take ( even though it was during the holidays) and we got a very reasonable offer. I highly recommend Trish for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Forest Ridge area, or for that matter, anywhere in Tulsa.

Trish asisted us in selling our home in rural Broken Arrow. we had tried selling this property before with another realtor with no success. She marketed the property properly and always kept us aware of the outcomes of every showing. This time our property was only on the market for about 6 weeks before we had an offer. She was very knowledgable about the process and fought for us on several different issues. She always went out of her way to insure we were treated fairly, even if it did not benefit her financially. We just moved here from South Dakota and Trish was referred to us from our realtor that sold our home there.
