I had the privilege of having Janet Vermillion act as Buyer's Agent. She helped me find a quality home at a good price and provided me with insightful information throughout the process. Moreover, she was waiting in the home after I drove in from out of state to hand me the keys and show me around. She had a wonderful welcome basket of needful items like paper plates, cups, water, trash bags, etc essentials to start me off... and gave me a handmade plate of fudge.
