Coldwell Banker Select and Adwerx have teamed up and gone digital. For every $100,000  residential property a Coldwell Banker agents lists,  Adwerx runs a Marketing Blitz over a 7 day timeframe that will net at least 7,000 impressions to buyers targeted as interested and likely to purchase a home. Open houses have ads that are run for 3 days before the open house. Agents have the option to go in and customize their ad campaigns, as well as build separate marketing campaigns featuring themselves based around a zip code or their own databases.To learn more, Click Here.

Professional Photography

We have an affiliation with Tourfactory which allows our administrative staff to offer an automated process that gets our agents professional photos scheduled, and done, with no extra effort by our agents. Our agents turn their listing paperwork in to their administrator -which every office has- and after that, the photographer calls to set up a time with the agent. All of the photographers are licensed real estate agents so our agents don't even have to be at the property when the photos are done unless they wish to be. Which means more time for agents to be in front of clients, where they belong. The photos are offered at a lower price than other brokerages get, and the agent only pays when the property sells; IF the property sells. If it doesn't sell then you pay nothing. Home Staging

Coldwell Banker Select will provide a professional home decorator/stager to tour your listed property and give advice/consultation which allows your sellers to provide buyers that "right" first impression. "Buyers Eye Design" home staging is one of our most popular services provided to our agents and their sellers. And it's provided at NO COST to our agents or sellers. Our stager has been with our company for over 15 years and she has yet to receive a single complaint from a seller or agent. We think that is pretty special! What seller wouldn't love to have a professional stager come out and consult with them before the professional photographer comes out?

Administrative Support

Each office comes with its own team of administrative support. Their job is to support the agents so that the agents can spend as much time as possible in front of clients instead of at a desk or behind a computer screen. They are there to enter our agents' listings into the MLS, process sales contracts, explain and assist with office procedures, troubleshoot IT needs, manage sign inventory, coordinate photos between the MLS and Tourfactory, and to just make our agents' lives easier.
