Keith Taggart graduated with a JD in Law from the University of Oklahoma in 1982, where he was honored with awards in real property, wills, and trusts; he obtained his real estate brokerage license shortly thereafter and has practiced law and real estate for 35 years. While living in Boston, MA, during the 1990's, he obtained an LL.M. in the law of Banking and Project Finance at Boston University. For many years his primary focus was commercial real estate transactions. Over the past 10 years he has shifted his attention to managing both residential and commercial brokerage offices. Recently, he served as President of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors, President of Oklahoma City's multiple listing service, Vice President of the state Realtors' association, and as Director on the Boards of the national, state, and local Realtor associations. He is currently a member of the state Contracts & Forms Committee for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, and is a certified real estate instructor. He was Chairman of both the Oklahoma City and the state Realtors' charity foundations and currently serves on both those boards. Last year he received the President's Award for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and was 2016 Realtor of the Year for Oklahoma City.
