To be short, excellent all around. We were kept well informed throughout the process, well advised when questions came up and well attended to when we needed attention.I found Robin through a simple Google search of realtors in Sand Springs, I wanted to have someone local that knew the area we were selling in. We were not disappointed. The sale was initiated by mom moving into assisted living so she has limited ability to get around. I am a pilot so am on the road more than half the time and difficult to get in touch with at times. Robin worked around all of this and made selling the house very simple for us both. She was available via phone any time and would make time to visit in person if needed. She spend time prepping the house and helping find people to do the repairs required after inspection as well as managing those repairs.Initially when paperwork needed signing we were able to meet at mom's apartment, she explained all steps in listing the house and selling after an offer as well as getting the required signatures. After I signed the required paperwork and left, Robin spent time with mom listening to her story and getting to know her. This was a very nice touch.Communication during the listing and open houses was good. Robin would be able to answer any questions we had about how the process was moving along and on pricing/speed of sale. She arrived to the initial meeting with comps already pulled and an idea of where the price should start along with a sheet showing expected net proceeds from sales at different prices.After an offer was made, we were well coached on what was within reason and what we should counter on with regards to price, realtor fees and repairs asked. Negotiations were handled quickly and with good communication.For the day of signing, I was out of town at work. Robin helped mom and a cousin through the process of getting everything signed and documents into our hands.Again, I cannot recommend any higher Robin's services. From day one to closing she was available, interested in our sale, attentive to more than just the sale, clear in communication and did a few things that I would not have expected a realtor to do to make things easier on us.
Working with Robin was an enjoyable experience. She is quick to respond and very kind. I look forward to working with her again in the future.
