Hi! I'm Jordan Smith. I have lived and worked in the Tulsa Metro area the majority of my life. During the pandemic, I got a job as a Transaction Coordinator Assistant that worked with 300+ agents and I got familiar with contracts, the lingo and how the real estate business works. My career began in August 2020 and I got licensed in the beginning of 2021! In October 2021, I quit my day job as a Transaction Coordinator Assistant and have become a full time real estate agent. Because I had the opportunity of working behind the scenes of a transaction, I had the luxury of seeing the different ways you can manipulate the contract to make the offer more attractive to sellers, all while keeping the buyer's best interest at heart. I know how to get offers accepted in a wild market, and how to perfectly price your home to get the most money when selling.
