My name is Zerxis (actual spelled "Xerxes"). My Mom used a birth Naming Calendar, where she had the letter "Z” filled in on the day I was born.  This made it "mandatory” (strange?) to find a name for her new baby boy (and new baby twin daughter) beginning with that initial.  Hence, I have been the "Z"-Man versus the X-Man thanks to that birth calendar!

I have spent the last 22 years of my life in Land business, with the qualities of service, integrity, and persistence to achieve my Client's objectives.  With the mindset of the Golden Rule, I find that success is achieved one day at a time, until the finish line has been crossed.
