Jake was recommended by our mortgage lender, so there was already a level of trust established. Jake listened and understood all of our concerns, needs, and wants. We were first time home buyers so there were questions that we did not know to ask and he just assumed we would know due to his experience, so just ask questions and he will answer. Jake is an absolute bulldog when it comes to negotiating! He negotiated items to be repaired before the closing also extra funds after closing for us to have additional repairs made. Shoot even got us a brand new refrigerator!! I have told everyone that he will get his clients the best deal and only uses the best inspectors for his clients benefits.
