Karen was phenomenal! We visited over 10 houses in person and dozens on line, most of the time on just a single days notice. She was able to get a viewing set up same day on a couple occasions. Once we found our house she continued to feed us information that we needed to assist in closing, such as utilities transfer, lists of inspectors, etc.

I was going through a divorce and absolutely had no idea when it would be granted, therefore I was basically in limbo for a year waiting on the settlement money and once I received it, I then had 6 weeks to be out of my current living situation. Karen was kind and gracious, listened to me and walked me through the process of buying a home. The first house I chose was sold the day before I made my offer, Karen got on the ball and found me several houses she thought I would like, but the first house she showed me was the one I bought. She knew my likes and dislikes and didn’t waste my time with just any house. I appreciated her patience for the longest wait time from introduction to holding a sold sign! Thank you Karen, I recommend anyone buying a house to use you!
