Jennifer became our realtor by chance and then through hard work. She showed a house to us and from that point on she was extraordinarily diligent and responsive to everything we asked of her. She worked late hours, weekends, and always responded promptly to our questions and requests. We nicknamed her Sharky because she was so hard working. She's also very kind and easy to deal with. We recommend her VERY highly and will use her for any future purchases or sales.
Jennifer is a true professional but she is also a person who cares about you. She is easy to talk to and keeps the buying process as smooth as possible. What I liked about her was that she always kept you informed and nothing was delayed. I would definitely recommend her to my friends. We had a great offer in 12 days.
This is Part 1 of 2 (Purchase):
Because of a progressive disability we decided to buy another home without stairs that was already adapted or adaptable for a power wheelchair. My wife met Jennifer Walling at an Open House and promptly told me that she had found our agent. A check of Mrs. Walling’s reviews was all we needed, then we began the process. It wasn’t easy-going to find what we were looking for with our special needs/requirements. She started by going over our financial parameters & home preferences, and stuck with them in the listings she suggested. We never felt like we were being \u201Csteered\u201D by her to something we didn’t want or that was out of our stated price range. Almost every day she updated listings for us, chased down information on any possibilities we’d see online or while driving. She was always quick with answers & information, and to set up viewings that we’d request or that she thought might be \u201Cthe one\u201D. This included listings in Claremore & Owasso as well as in Broken Arrow & Tulsa. After about 3 months we found the house that fit our needs and \u201Cspoke\u201D to us. She laid out the whole process, step-by-step, with suggestions for the needed professionals to finance & inspect the property. In some cases we had our own resources already, in the others it was easy to use hers or defer to her experienced judgement. Very quickly, she set up all the inspectors at once, as a team, to go over the house and make their reports to us in about a 2-hour window; then sent us the written reports & recommendations by email within a couple of days.
Just when everything was a go and we’d set a closing date, I spent almost 3 weeks in the hospital, unexpectedly. She postponed the closing twice, then arranged for it to take place in my hospital bed. The whole time she had a sunny & positive attitude, even when we lost out on another listing we had bid on. She was always patient, honest, candid, energetic & unflappable – and ready to go the extra mile many times over. She visited us in the hospital & at home (while I was still bed-bound) bringing food, gifts and prayers for my/our well-being …even after our deal was clinched and we were just waiting to close or move in. You won’t easily find another agent as genuine, honest or enthusiastic as Jennifer Walling!
It goes without saying that we have our other house listed with her for sale. The story & her character are still the same, but that will be in \u201CPart 2\u201D once the house is sold.

Jennifer is a very loyal and trustworthy real-estate agent. She is very easy to get a hold of and is very helpful during the stressful times of selling and buying a house. Jennifer goes above and beyond her duties as an agent and is always checking in to see if there is anything more she can do for you. She is very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the real estate market, which was helpful for me because I am not. Whenever an issue came up with the mortgage company she stepped in and stood up for her client. Hiring Jennifer to sell our home and help us find another made the process go smoothly and I would refer her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
She was good with getting our home set up for sale. Her company was well resourced in getting our home on the market. She was very dedicated to sale. We had some communication misunderstandings, but we got what we were asking in only one month.

Jennifer was wonderful. She was quick to help me weed through the hundreds of homes that were for sale. She figured out what I liked and didnt like quickly. We went to look at houses with my kiddo and she was very patient with my little man and interactive the whole time. It was a great experience finding and purchasing my first home with Jennifer.

Jennifer was a tremendous benefit in our purchase of a Tulsa property while we were out of the state. She went above and beyond what I expected of a realtor in going to the property for us to ensure that repairs were completed and even met our "carpet guy" there for measurements. She was extremely prompt in generating and responding to phone calls, texts, and emails. She made our long distance transaction a much easier process than we'd anticipated! She is helpful and helps you look for properties and schedules showings quickly. That way we where able to find a home we like and make an offer on. Few weeks later we moved into our new home and we are happy.
Jennifer was very knowledgeable and patient. Extremely helpful with coordinating the many tasks of buying a house. She was patient and understanding as I looked at many houses before choosing the one I wanted. We looked at houses all over the Tulsa area. Very willing to work with your schedule when selecting times to view potential houses. When making an offer, she was quick to proceed with speaking with the seller or real estate agent. She made the paperwork easy to comprehend. I wasn't sure of the negotiation portion of buying a home, but Jennifer took control and proceeded without missing a step. I bought my house for less than appraisal value. Once my offer was accepted, she was quick to move on getting the inspections done. There were many inspections that took place, but in my case, this house needed some additional foundation work. She negotiated for the seller to pay for the additional piers to be put under the foundation. And once the foundation work was completed, she made sure that a pressure check was done on the plumbing to ensure that no damage was done once the piers were installed.
