This was our first time buying a home. We had a set price range and only a few months to find something before our current lease was up. It was difficult to find something in our location, but whatever we found Karla quickly checked out and sent us the information. She was very detail-oriented which is a major MUST in the home buying process. She was very responsive, always available, even checked in with us during her own family vacation. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and great at explaining anything that confused us. This would have been an extremely tough process without having someone we could trust. We recently bought our second home with Karla She was great to work with--very thorough, knowledgeable and accommodating. She is an extremely nice person and easy to spend time with which helps when you are looking at lots of homes and going through the buying process. After my family had to relocate from the area, we needed to get our house sold. Karla did just that. She was amazing throughout the whole process, from start to finish. I cannot begin to list the ways she helped our family get our house sold. My family is eternally grateful for her honesty, help, and expertise in the home selling process. Karla was always honest about our situation and was willing too go the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the end result. Our sale process was long with ups and downs along the way, but Karla was with us the entire time. If you want an agent that will be honest and get your house sold, I highly recommend Karla Stubbs.
