Dustin was very informed about the areas he showed. We told him what we were looking for, and he compiled a list houses that suited our needs. He didn't try to show us houses that were out of our price range. He was available day and night to answer questions, and he always took the time to ensure we were well informed in the process of home buying. He returned our calls in a timely manner. We never felt rushed when viewing houses even though we know business was booming for him at the time, and he was very busy. He still keeps in touch to this day. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Wow! I have never met anyone with his level of professionalism and personal attention.I will put this in bullet form to aide potential prospector ' s. 1. Met and spent entire day with us on 1st call. 2. Generated/updated and kept in person contact with us regarding potential property over a several month span.3. Visited, took pictures, measurements and noted condition of areas of importance. Including but not limited to, roof, heat/air, electrical.4. Trouble shot/ researched potential problems less. Including structural, poor landscaping, areas of rot...5. Attended/corresponded/ and personally facilitated the inspection and final walk through ensuring that our wishes were met.

Me and my then fiance never could have imagined getting married and buying a house in the same year. Our family said there's just no way nobody does that...they never met Dustin. It was simply a great lfe experience. My fiance and I weren't even pre-approved yet Dustin not only continued showing us home after home but got us into contact with not one but two different lenders. After failing with the first lender the second one got us approved for a great first home. What really stood out about Dustin besides sincerity and trustworthiness emanating from him was the fact that he was working very hard to find us a home that would be a great fit for our needs and wants regardless of sale price. I definitely think that if it wasn't for his expertize we would not have found the right home and moved into it before our wedding. This was our first home and had heard the horror stories of bad realtors out there, luckily we had such a great experience looking at so many beautiful homes that I not only recommend but push all my friends to work with Dustin when looking for a home. He was very knowledgeable of not only the market but as well as the lending process. I will continue to recommend and hopefully work with him when it comes to all our real estate needs. Dustin is a great realtor to work with. I have used him to sell two homes in the last 2 years. He was able to help price the homes accurately and market the homes which led to a quick sale. The first home we received a near full price offer within 30 days. The second home we received a full price offer in less than a week. When it comes to selling, Dustin is fantastic! I will continue to use him in the future when selling my houses.

Our experience with Dustin Gosnell was wonderful. He provided professional, knowledgeable assistance throughout the whole process as we casually began looking at homes, became more serious, and finally decided to purchase a new home. He made the process super simple, never put pressure on us, and was patient as we tried to narrow down exactly what we wanted. Dustin helped me to get a refund from a builder when things didn't work out. He is super friendly and very helpful with communication. I would definitely recommend him and intend to use him again for my future real estate transactions.
