Kent helped us find our beautiful little home over ten years ago, and when my extended family decided to move into town, he was there to help again. Each time we have needed his help, Kent was ready to do so, with his signature patience and respectfulness, and always going above and beyond in the things we needed. His knowledge in the field of real estate is a wonderful resource to lean on during the process of home-buying. He answers all questions, follows up, provides regular updates and diligently keeps the process always in forward-motion and on thru to completion. My family and I are deeply grateful for all of his help in the home-buying process!

Kent went beyond what is normal duties that is required of a Realtor. Kent showed that he actually cared about about finding a house that was right for me.

Contacted Kent for a condo rental in Fort Dodge IA. After an initial contact, he asked for more personal information but never followed up. I'm assuming because proposed leasing term was shorter than he expected, even I proposed premium for shorter lease. I think this would deserve at a minimum an acknowledgement and a denial reply.
Stephen, sorry about not communicating better with you and in a timely manner. It hard to rent a property when you are out of state. I thought we did communicate well. I did not see your email until the next day, if i remember correctly. Also in 19 years of real estate i have never had, this kind of comments. Sorry!!

Kent assisted me in buying my first home...with a credit score of 596. He lent a hand with the required repairs (personally carring my new water heater into the garage, lol!). I purchased a perfect three bedroom/two bath ranch home in a quiet community just outside of Broken Arrow in Tulsa. After a few years, I moved to PA and I asked Kent to sell the house. The market had crashed and six months later, we were still unable to sell it. Kent suggested renting it and I told him the only way I could is if he managed the property for me (no way could I succeed at being a landlord from 1200 miles away!). He accepted and pushed me to purchase a home waranty which paid for itself over and over. He found the perfect couple and I never had any issues with them. After a year, when the lease was up, my new husband and I moved back home. Two years later, as we were expecting our first child, Kent helped us sell our home and purchase one with more space and more land. He even dedicated every Saturday to host an open house after it had been on the market for six months. This eventually led to the buyer "stopping in" because she had seen the open house sign there for weeks on her way to work. I recommend Kent to anyone. He is the best real estate agent and all around good guy! He really works to get you what you want while keeping expectations within reason.

In 2002 I was being transferred from my job in Kansas City to Tulsa, OK. I knew no one there and never had been there before. I started looking online for a place to buy and found a condo i was interested in looking at. I called the number and got Kent. He was absolutely on top of his game. He told me he had just sold the property I was requiring about. I asked him what the person was going to do with the property. I thought if the person was going to fix it up and resell it, i might still be interested. That is exactly what Kent told me the guy was going to do with it. I made arrangements to come to tulsa to look at that property and also many others. Kent picked me up at the motel and spent all day with me showing me different properties. then the next day he picked me up at the motel again and spent most of the day showing properties to me. The first property i was interested in was going to take too long to be ready for my moving into, so i decided against that one, but found another one i loved. Kent took me back to the motel, went back to his office and drew up papers for me to sign. He came back to the motel later that night and we sat in the motel lobby filling out the paperwork to put in an offer on one of the properties. He explained what everything meant that i was going to sign and explained why we were doing what we were asking for.
I had to go back to kansas city, but kent continued to work on the negotiations of this property and sent the paperwork back and forth via the internet. I found someone at the church i attended in kansas city who knew someone in tulsa that i could stay with until i was able to move into my new place in tulsa. I lived with that person for a month before i went with kent to the closing and received the keys to my new place.
kent is very professional and very knowledgable about what he does. he is also very passionate about his work. we became very good friends.
I met a wonderful man while living in tulsa and when he decided to purchase a new place, i sent him to kent. kent was able to find him a place to live in a very short time. a few years later, we got married, so we called kent again to list his place to sell. my place was bigger so we wanted to live there. while we were listing the place with kent we asked him if he would be an usher in our wedding and he accepted. Kent sold that place within a week of it being listed.
3 years later, i retired from my job and was moving back to kansas city. we called kent to list our place to sell. it sold within a month of being listed.
Now we keep in touch regularly and when Kent goes to Iowa to see his dad, he will stop in kansas city to see us and when we go to tulsa, we call kent and sometimes have dinner somewhere.
You can't go wrong with Kent Eisenhauer as your realtor. We love Kent and you will too.

Kent was very personable and knowledgeable. I contacted him about a house I might be interested in and he continued to show me homes that met my requirements in a prompt and timely fashion. When I found the perfect home for me, he was quick to help with the contract and all the details of the purchase through the closing. I would certainly recommend him and use him again if needed.

In winter of 2003, Kent helped us negotiate a "short sale". The bank said they had never closed one, but we were successful. Kent went beyond the normal requirements of a realtor to help us secure the purchase. So 3 1/2 years later, when we moved out of state, Kent helped us sell it. Our home sold at $1,000 above the asking price within 12 days. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED THAT KENT SERVED US EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!

When I moved to Tulsa in 2000 I was working with another agent who did not listen to me. She kept showing my properties out of my 'comfortable' price range and out of my desired school district. She said I had already been preapproved for the amount she was showing, but I was not comfortable with that amount. After many frustrating weeks looking in the wrong school district, I called about a home I say in the paper. I just happened to get Kent Eisenhauer. He LISTENED to what I wanted to spent, where I wanted to live and the fact that I HAD to have a pool (not like the other agent who kept telling me I could put one in. He found a house for me within a week, there was a bit of a bidding war and he explained my options. I still have that home as a rental. In 2010, he helped my find a duplex in my price range and helped me walk through the paperwork and repairs needed to buy a HUD home. I live on one side and rent the other side. In May of 2013, I will need to move again and will call Kent for help. He is honest, does what he says he will do when he says he will, and offers many suggestions/solutions to help me make the most of my money.
