Kevin got it done!!!!! We had our farm on the market for several years and with 4 different agents. My wife did some research on top agents in the area and Kevin Rhoades was listed, we contacted Kevin and agreed to list the farm with him. He was professional, had a great plan going in, new exactly how to market the property to get the most exposure. We immediately started seeing results, we had more showings in just a few weeks then we did in the entire time we had it on the market. He thinks outside of the box, he listed are farm in a few different ways to draw a bigger viewership, and he always kept us up to date on what the feed back was from prospected buyers. And he DID IT!!! Sold!!!! In just 5 months , it was such a pleasure to work with Kevin and we would highly recommend him for any of your real state needs.
