Bryan began his real estate career in 1975 and entered into real estate management in 1979. The majority of Bryan’s career has been with national real estate firms. Bryan joined Coldwell Banker Select in April of 1998 while serving as President of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors and earned the designation Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
Bryan currently is an approved instructor for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commissions (OREC) and is an instructor in Coldwell Bankers advanced career training and license school. Bryan has served on the Board of Directors of Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors (GTAR) & Board of Directors of The Oklahoma Association of Realtors (OAR). He has also served on the OAR Realtors Task Force Committee developing the new Broker Relationship Law which went in to effect November of 2013 and presently serves on the OAR Professional Standards Committee, the GTAR Standard Forms Committee and Chairs the By Laws Committee. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) in 2015 bestowed on Bryan the status of REALTOR EMERITUS in recognition of valuable and lasting contribution to the Real Estate Profession.
Bryan is an avid Bass Angler, loves Bass Tournament competitions and has been Coldwell Banker’s Bass Tournament Director for the last 20 years.
Bryan says his greatest reward in sales management is taking a new recruit through training, the challenge of getting started in production and coaching them into becoming a successful real estate associate and yes, even into superstars! “That’s a gratifying reward!” and “My #1 Job is to work hard to help agents be successful!”
