I have used this realtor in five transactions-three times to buy and twice to sell. She is extremely knowledgeable in the Sapulpa area, and won't hesitate to tell you the drawbacks to a neighborhood, even it means the loss of a particular sale. She can tell you which neighborhoods will hold their value and which won't. She can tell you which neighborhoods get street repair and which don't. She can tell you which neighborhoods have foundation issues and which have sewage issues. If you are moving to Sapulpa from somewhere else, she's the one you need. She won't push you on a particular house either. She listed and sold both my houses within about 5 months. I'm a lawyer and a control freak, so I could have handled the process myself, but I don't have her insight on real estate. I'm sure I'll use her again one day.
